If you’re using private health insurance, it’s usually a good idea to get a referral letter from your GP before we meet. Also, don’t forget to bring along your insurance details, like the company name, policy number, and claim number.
If you’re not going through insurance, no worries! Just reach out to me, and I’ll fill you in on the costs. Most of our first consultations are about 45 minutes, but some might need a full hour if they’re a bit more complicated.
